Operational Transimpedance Amplifier (OTA) Design. ✅ I mastered many digital, analog design concepts ,and made many projects which helped me to be professional in the field of analog/mixed signal IC design such as: ✅ I am also experienced in Digital IC Design using VHDL, and familiar -with FPGAs programming, in both full-custom, and semi-custom. ✅ I am experienced in using electronics softwares like: Proteus, Multisim, Modelsim, and MATLAB/Simulink. A multiplexer implementation using Cadence. A 3-bit adder implementation using TTL ICs. An 4-bit ALU Digital Design Using Cadence in both Behavioral Model, and Transistor Level. A Bandgap Reference Circuit with certain required specs. A System Design for a Massive-MIMO mm-Wave Transceiver for 5G Simple and Wide Swing Current Mirrors. A Fully Differential Folded Cascode OTA with certain required specs using LTspice. A Fully Differential Folded Cascode OTA with CMFB with certain required specs using Cadence Virtuoso. Differential Amplifier with certain required specs. Two Stage Miller OTA with certain required specs using LTspice. A Low-Noise Amplifier Design at mm-Wave A Power Amplifier Design at mm-Wave Two Stage Miller OTA with certain required specs Cadence Virtuoso. ✅ My experience is summarized in the following projects which include designing some essential building blocks of analog ICs using Cadence Virtuoso like: ✅ I am widely experienced in Analog/Mixed-Signal, and RF IC Design using Cadence Virtuoso, ADS, OrCad, and LTspice.
